For years my great friend Tom Silk has lived a few blocks away from Paddington -- I'll miss the convienience of shooting straight to Heathrow from his guest room (he's moving to North London) but look forward to learning more about another area of London.
I enjoyed a beautiful long walk from Highgate, through Hampstead Heath, to Hampstead:

After lunch with Tom Silk at Villandry, I walked down to Fulham and across the bridge to Putney in Southwest London:
Driving anywhere with Tom is an experience...
But listening to him sing can make it a frightening experience:
Eliza's friend Arabella and I joined the engaged couple for a fantastic dinner in London, the Sea Shell had just had its chips rated #7 in all of London by TimeOut magazine!
