This statue is on the west side of Market Street, near the corner of Third Street, in downtown San Francisco:
This temporary Target store was set up outside my office at Mint Plaza in downtown San Francisco for three or four days -- window shopping only, then buy your pre-wrapped present at the counter (no "inside" of the store)... Wild idea!
The Bay looks a little different each time I play this course -- this round was with my boss, Michael Mathieu.
San Francisco has some wonderful municipal golf courses, and Lincoln Park is one of the most scenic. These pictures were taken from the 10th and 17th tee boxes, with views of the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco bay, respectively:
Sungevity did a great job with the whole project. Their online quote system is excellent, they handle all the rebate paperwork and electrical permits, and stick with it until the system is up and working and the permit is closed out. Our solar roof should offset about 80% of our current electrical use (now we have to figure out how to use 20% less electricity and then I'll really be happy).

Today was one of those warm days in the spring that really make you feel optimistic about it all...

The video clips (below) from the Blue Angels show are fun to watch and listen to on the Web -- but watching in person was outrageous! Nothing like smelling the jet fuel, watching the trails of vapor from compressed air being pulvarized as the planes zip by, and the unmistakable accompanying sonic boom -- to attract over a thousand boats and tens of thousands of people to "oww and ahhh"!
